My Weight Matters is all about promoting weight loss in a safe, steady and sustained way.
UCAN is partnering with the Essex Wellbeing Service to deliver the free My Weight Matters programme. In person sessions take place everything Thursday morning at the Jubilee Hub in Saffron Walden.
The course is a 12 week programme with a different step covered each week, in tandem with regular weigh-ins and progress reviews.
